Good to know

Every driving instructor works differently. In order to deliver the best quality driving tuition for all my students I offer a flexible approach to driving lessons in agreement with you. So it's good to know the following:

Payment is due one week in advance of each lesson unless by prior arrangement.
If you cannot make your lesson, please give me as much notice as possible. I may be able to offer you an alternative time / date.
The Digby Driving School terms and conditions state that lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged. If you cancel a lesson I will offer that lesson to other students. If I can fill the cancelled lesson I will not charge you. The more notice you can give me, the more likely I will be able to fill the space.
When your test is getting close, you become my priority student! I will do all I can to accommodate you and make sure I am available for your test and for any extra lessons beforehand if you want them. Please don’t book your test without talking to me first.
In the light of the above, I may occasionally ask to move your lesson in order to accommodate other students. I will make every effort to rearrange your lesson to a mutually convenient alternative.
On test day, a payment of £100 will be due. This includes an hour to warm up before the test, use of the car for the test and it allows time for detailed feedback and getting home again. This is NOT the same as the DVSA test fee.
